Kúbica is a mixed use complex that counts with an office building, residencial building and commerce on the floor level.
This project was made from scratch, since we had to do a market reaserch to decide what was best to build in our land. After we got that, we designed the building, its branding and also how it was going to be financed.
Kúbica is a project based on domotics, and made for people who are always looking for the latest technology. Spaces with build in technology to control light, blinds, air conditioner, and any electronic device.
The residencial building and the office building are connected by the commerce on the floor level and the center plaza. The complex has views to the city, mountain "Cerro de la Silla" and mountain "Las Pedreras".

Multi-family housing project consisting of four residential buildings connected by a center plaza with several small shops.
The plaza was created to give visitors the feeling of being embraced by the buildings. Also, it provides great views of the city and the mountain Cerro de la Silla, an important landmark in monterrey.
