The project consisted of analyzing and reconstructing a deteriorating house. The house had several problems: no foundation, no natural light, no division between public/private spaces, holes in several of the walls and a cheap sheet metal roof.
We designed the house to have the public area in front and the private area in back with a central patio linking the two spaces. This patio also served as a source of natural light for both areas.
