Kúbica is a mixed use complex that counts with an office building, residencial building and commerce on the floor level. 

This project was made from scratch, since we had to do a market research to decide what was best to build; after that, we designed the building, its branding and also how it was going to be financed.

Kúbica is a project based on domotics, and made for people who are always looking for the latest technology. Spaces with build-in technology to control light, blinds, air conditioner, and any electronic device. 

The residencial building and the office building are connected by the retail on the ground level and the center plaza.

The complex has views to the city, mountain "Cerro de la Silla" and mountain "Las Pedreras".
